Katie Price has revealed her son Junior Andre has body-image issues - at 11 years old. Whilst on Loose Women discussing the controversial topic, 'Should you ever talk to your child about their weight' Katie revealed that one of her children is transfixed with a particular body shape.
'Junior is obsessed with having a six pack,' the former glamour model revealed on the ITV daytime show. 'He's 11.'
Appaz not a six pack of mince pies, but actual visable abdominal muscles. At eleven.
She then disclosed where she believes Junior's body obsession stemmed from. 'It's because his dad was famous for it.'
Of course, Peter Andre shot to fame after his Mysterious Girl video, which showed him look VERY toned, wearing a multitude of unbuttoned shirts, GLISTENING.
Katie revealed her daughter Princess Andre, is a lot more relaxed about her body. Thank god, you know. She is nine. No age warrants body issues, yet you can't help feeling concerned that such a young person's mind is focused on a warped idea of perfection.
We don't want to sound like our Nanna Mildred, but children should be playing on swings and running through fields pretending to be superman. Or trying not to kick the ball over the fence in a dramatic game of five-aside football.
