We asked a gym bunny who shall remain nameless what you’re ACTUALLY meant to do with weights to tone your arms, because we would literally flail around and drop one on our foot if we ever tried to recreate Katie’s moves.
He said: “Once your arms are level with your shoulders you’re supposed to rotate your wrists forward so your palms are facing you.
“When you lower the dumbbells they’re supposed to be at shoulder height, no lower. It wouldn’t hurt you too much to do it wrong, but Katie won’t feel the benefit of doing it that way.”
Our source added: “As a qualified PT Kieran should really know this…”
