You may remember her from The X Factor in 2010, as the 24-year-old receptionist who sung Etta James in her first audition, but Katie Waissel is worlds away from that woman, having moved to LA, returned home, AND become a mum.

But still keen to update her fans, the 33-year-old has shown off her amazing post baby body, leaving fans stunned.

Taking to Instagram to show off her new bod, the mum-of-one posted two images. The first of her post-birth, with the second after her transformation.

She captioned the images, "It feels so good to be me again - In the wake of everything that's happening emotionally today, I thought I would share the positives in just how hard I have worked to re-find myself; not only emotionally but physically too!

"These pictures are captured 10 months apart and it's wild to see that by training 3/4 times a week and eating clean, results can happen!"

Leon Jackson

This spiky-haired teen won X Factor waaaaay back in 2007, scoring a Christmas number one with a cover of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey's When You Believe. And, while there's no denying that he was cute, the X Factor champion was definitely a bit too baby-faced for us to lust over properly. But, nowadays, he's looking VERY sexy indeed, after switching up everything from his hairstyle to his workout regime at the gym. He definitely looks good on it, doesn't he? In her post, Katie also revealed she has qualified as a personal trainer, which has helped her during her weight-loss journey.

She said, "After qualifying for my UK personal training certification, and specialization in pre and post natal, it helped immensely to have the understanding of my body’s limitations after giving birth, and how to carefully navigate the wonderful ailments that came along with the beauty that is post partum.

"As a single mother, raising Hudson alone, and busting my ass trying to find my way since my move back to London, I honestly thought that this transformation would be impossible!"

"But what I would like you guys to take from this, is that there is always time, everyone starts at the beginning, it’s ok to give up sometimes as long as you find your way back, and that a lifestyle change doesn’t happen over night, it’s a forever thing that takes accountability and commitment.

The post comes after she moved back to London from New York with her son Hudson, following the breakdown of her relationship with his dad Andy Speer.

The pair split in September last year, just two months after Hudson was born. However, they later reconciled but split again after just two weeks and have now officially called it quits.
