Katy Perry's an absolute delight, isn't she? Not content with hopping on a paddleboard with a naked Orlando Bloom and making us all insanely jealous of her Japanese adventures on Instagram, she's only gone and announced a big ol' Grammys performances with a major new look.

It feels like literally forever since Katy's last single Rise, so we'd argue we're well overdue an album. And it looks like we might be in luck, 'cause rumour has it she's gonna be releasing her new single Chained to the Rhythm with Skip Marley this Friday (February 10th).

HOORAH.

Skip Marley's Bob Marley's son, just FYI. He's great.

Debuting her faaaancy new look, Katy chucked a pic on her socials with a snazzy logo and the caption 'New life who dis.' THE BLONDE. THE PASTEL PALETTE. THE FLUFFY ATTIRE. It's very much an aesthetic we can get on board with.

Katy will reportedly be performing brand new music in the form of Chained to the Rhythm at the Grammys ceremony on February 12th alongside the likes of Adele, The Weeknd, Beyoncé and Bruno Mars. No biggie.

We go on about it all the time but we're kinda hoping for an appearance from Left Shark, too. Yup, we're still stuck in 2015. WHATEVER SHUT UP.
