Keanu Reeves can see ghosts! Spooky.

And Keanu Reeves is no exception.

While on Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show, the actor explained he’d had a brush with the supernatural when he was a little boy.

“Yes, when I was a kid [I saw a ghost], Keanu told Jimmy.

“I was in New York - I was probably like six or seven years old, new apartment, we'd come from Australia.

“Renata, our nanny, was in the bedroom, and there was a doorway and all of a sudden this jacket comes waving through the doorway, this empty jacket - there's no body, there's no legs.

“Then it just disappears, and I was a little kid and I thought, ‘OK, that's interesting,’ and I looked over at the nanny and she's like this… [cue Keanu showing off an Oscar winning look of horror].”

Freaky, eh?

The 50-year-old went on to talk about his unusual name, explaining there is a “cousin Keanu” who he also met as a child.

Let’s hope he wasn’t an apparition.
