For many of us, Celebrity Juice is one of the staples of our TV schedule. Even rewatching old episodes brings joy we never knew we could feel. We just love telly, ok?!
But - prepare to feel old - the naughtiest show on television has just celebrated a pretty major birthday... Celebrity Juice is now 10 YEARS OLD. Yes, we are now in 2018. And Juice began in 2008. SERIOUSLY. Even Keith Lemon himself told us he thought it was "crazy."
We know it's hard to take in, but here to soothe all worries are the dulcet tones of Keith Lemon, who spoke to our very own Emily Segal about all things juice - even revealing who his favourite ever contestant has been over the last 10 years. Sort of.
Keith - real name Leigh Francis - inevitably said, "I can't say one person, but it's always someone I know in real life that I might have a drink with in real life. So friends - Holly used to say this - it is like having a night out.
"You forget the cameras are there and you're just having a laugh. I always think a great Celebrity Juice for me is when I've got a headache at the end of it from laughing."
On whether it's scripted at all, Keith said, "We have a run-through in the day with me and the crew - the girls and guests aren't there - and I say whatever I can remember from the run-through. We don't have an autocue either. Luckily, we get good guests that are up for a chat and to play the games."
Speaking of their games, Keith revealed how they're conjured up - because, let's face it, who thinks of these things?!
"It's the team, we have a great team that come up with these games," he laughed. "We have a games-testing day where I go in and play games with the team. We try and work out if they work or if they're too rude."
