Kelly Brook’s love life has more ups and downs than David McIntosh lifting weights in the gym – but we’re not actually talking about her love life this time.
The lucrative fashion deal that Kelly has with New Look has come to an end after nine years.
An insider tells The Sun that this is because the brand sees Kelly as “too trashy” after her explosive relationships with men like David McIntosh. Gulp.
“Kelly has had a partnership with New Look for years and it’s made both parties a lot of money,” the source told the paper.
“But Kelly’s reputation has changed recently because she’s being talked about for her dodgy relationships, especially with David.
“She wasn’t seen as a good fit going forward for the brand.”
However, sources close to Kelly say that it was HER decision to ditch New Look as her new sitcom, One Big Happy, hits screens next month, and it’s going to be a pretty big deal.
“The reality is that Kelly’s an actress now,” her mate told The Sun.
“She’s filming One Big Happy — a major new American comedy that could make her a superstar over there pretty fast. The producers weren’t keen for her to be tied up in a whole load of endorsement deals, because they want her focused on the part and her to stay in Hollywood for as much of the time as possible.”
Hey ho, it could be worse - at least nobody is going to fight over the dog or the laptop.
Reps for Kelly and New Look declined to comment.
