Kelly Brook reveals her incredible weight-loss in just four months

Kelly Brook has shown off her weight-loss - after four months the former Celebrity Juice co-host lost three inches around her weight.

And now nine months on she's continued her new diet.

Speaking of her weight loss journey, Kelly said: "Having reached my goal weight with Atkins and looking back, I can honestly say I have found it so straight forward to stick to. It has just slotted into my day-to-day life, which can be incredibly busy!

"My energy levels have improved, my skin is clearer, my hair looks glossier and to top it off, I feel so much more confident. I can’t believe it is just down to simple changes in my diet, like cutting down the amount of sugar I put in my cups of tea.

"I’m going to continue following Atkins to maintain my new shape. It fits in so well with my lifestyle."
