More twists and turns in the Nemesis Inferno ride of Kerry Katona’s life, and Kerry Katona had to accompany her brand new husband George Kay to hospital after he burned his arm. On a lightbulb. ON THEIR HONEYMOON.
Yep, poor old George was presumably waving his meaty hams around so hard that they made prolonged contact with a white-hot spotlight. Either that or he was looking for monsters under the bed with a bedside lamp and got too close. You can picture that, can’t you.
Speaking in an interview about the couple’s luxurious honeymoon in Barbados, George said: “The hotel panicked because of who Kerry is so they got me a car to the medical centre to make sure I was OK.
“They gave me an injection and put a dressing on, but I took it off the next day so I could swim with the turtles.”
…what? An… injection? For a burn? Turtles? This sounds outta control.
Kerry and George left their clutch of kids at home while they relaxed in the Caribbean and Kerry mentioned how guilty she felt about it.
“We Skyped most days. I get really down and feel so guilty. Molly [13] and Lilly [11] missed us like crazy but Max [six] and Heidi [seven] weren't arsed,” she added.
The newlyweds have also been talking about adding a sixth baby to their growing family, even though Kerry only just gave birth to Dylan-Jorge six months ago.
But they’ve decided to wait until next year when they’re more financially secure to start trying for one.
There’s a mental image for a Wednesday morning, eh?
