Kay will now appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 26 November, where a magistrate will decide whether or not to pass his case on to a higher court for trial.

Over the weekend, Kerry tweeted a veiled message seemingly aimed at Kay:

She also posted pictures of her five children playing at home, saying it was a "mad house" and she "wouldn't have it any other way".
