Britney Spears’ ex husband, Kevin Federline, has spoken out about his relationship with the singer.
Kevin, 37, has two children with Britney and admitted that during their tumultuous relationship he could have done more to help her. Especially, when Britney suffered a breakdown following their split in 2007.
“It was extremely tough watching her go through a phrase when she was clearly not OK right after the divorce,” Kevin told Us Weekly. “There’s a lot more I could have done to help. I have to give Britney’s dad, Jamie, a lot of credit for saving her. He made it so I could actually deal with her again.”

Kevin also opened up about his whirlwind romance with Brit. Revealing she proposed on a plane after three months, Kevin said his life changed forever after they started dating.
“Having 50 paparazzi suddenly in my face…our life was running at 150,000 miles per house,” he admitted. “I’d walk into a club and get a table worth $15,000 a night with unlimited drinks.”
Although the couple’s split wasn’t without easy, Kevin finished the interview by saying the pair now got on for the sake of their children.
He added: “Britney and I are on the same page. There are no grudges.”
