Khloe Kardashian claims she's worked damn hard for that smokin' hot body, but what about her ever-changing face?

Recently, 31-year-old Khloe posted this throwback to her teen years and we could barely recognise Kim and Kourtney's baby sis.

The pic was taken shortly after momager Kris Jenner's divorce from Khloe's father, Robert Kardashian.

Despite the family drama, Khloe looks like any other fresh-faced teenager – happy and pretty in her LBD with natural-looking hair and make-up.

Khloe said she found the pic in an old photo album at Kris' place, adding: "I don't remember where or when this was! I'm pictured with my grandfather (on my mom's side), and my dad was there too.

"This was after my parents divorced, but the whole family was super close, so both sides always hung out together. I loved that!"

Fast forward a decade or so, and it's all fake tan, fillers and clever contouring on Khloe's Instagram:

Khloe has been throwing out LOADS of praise for the hair and make-up entourage she credits with creating her new look.

"I look like Nala from the lion king and I'm not mad at it!! @styledbyhrush gave me that cat eye today and @jenatkinhair came through with the 24 inch hair. The best colorist around... @traceycunningham1 with the blonde!!!" she said of this snap.

Khloe recently fessed up to having had face fillers but remains, err, tight-lipped, about the nose job she's speculated to have had.

Even her fans have slammed the plastic Barbie look. Will she heed their advice and escape the live 'wax work' fate of her sisters?
