Despite finally signing and filing papers to legally end her marriage to Lamar Odom on Friday, reports say that reality star Khloe Kardashian was desperate the save their relationship.
After four years of marriage, the pair split in December 2013 after several attempts on Khloe’s behalf to save it, including booking in sessions of couples’ therapy, which failed miserably after Lamar missed them completely.

Yet, despite Lamar’s apparent neglect of Khloe’s effort, he failed to answer to his then wife’s original petition, resulting in the judge threatening to dismiss the case altogether due to inactivity.
TMZ reports that she hesitated over the divorce papers for over a year, not wanting to make the dissolution of their relationship official.But finally last week, the pair both signed the paperwork.
She did however express her gratitude towards her fans yesterday for their support on Twitter, saying:
“Such a crazy day!!! Very emotional! Thank you all for being so loving and supportive!!!”
Now Khloe is just waiting on the judge to read over and sign their papers, legally declaring their divorce.
