It’s no surprise to many of us that the Kardashians are a tad obsessed with their appearances.
But Khloé is taking it to the extreme – we’re talking millions of dollars extreme.
A source close to the reality star, who shocked fans with her new face at an awards do last week, tells us, “Khloé is totally addicted to surgery and has spent well over $2m over the years."
"She’s lost count of the number of procedures she’s had done to her face, and the word is she’s had four or five nose jobs alone."
"Not a month goes by that she doesn’t go to her clinic for mega-doses of Botox, collagen and laser resurfacing, and she pays several thousand a session in order to get the best quality work.”
The 35 year old, who has one-year-old daughter True with her ex Tristan Thompson, has gone through quite a transformation over the years and has previously spoken out in support of cosmetic surgery.

And we’re told it’s all down to the star’s lack of self-esteem. “Khloé has made no secret of how tough she finds it living in the shadow of her glamorous sisters, but for a while, it was looking like she’d found the confidence that had been lacking for so many years.
"When things were going well with Tristan, she no longer had this hang-up about being the ‘ugly duckling’ in the family, and she eased up a little on the surgery. But once he got busted cheating, all bets were off, and she’s been out of control ever since.”
And when we say out of control, the list seems to be endless. “Her face has always been Khloé’s biggest hang-up, but she’s had procedures on most of her body,” our source says.

“She’s spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on liposuction and various fillers – in her butt and thighs, as well as her tummy. Even her ears have been reshaped.
"She’s had a ton of extra work done on her face, too, besides the obvious stuff. As well as an eyelid lift, she’s had her cheeks enhanced, a neck lift, plus a full face lift when she broke up with Tristan last year. She pays $250k for a 24-hour make-up artist and $200k to keep a hair stylist on call.”
