News of Khloe’s new book has recently resurfaced and will also reveals a personal insight about her marriage to Lamar.

Detailing how she mended her broken heart, the reality TV star writes about how her marriage to the former LA Lakers star fell apart after cheating allegations and drug taking.

As the 31 year old admits information about her initial marriage breakdown in 2013, she explains how she turned to bettering herself for comfort.

Her main way was by hitting the gym with daily grueling cross training sessions and a healthier diet.

"There is no such thing as perfect. Nobody attains perfection. But if you keep working at it, you grow and evolve, and to me that’s sort of the point," Khloe writes.

"To be a better person today than I was yesterday; to become the best possible version of myself."

Despite the dark moments, Khloe will end with a gushing note thanking Lamar for the ‘best years of her life’.

Strong Looks Better Naked is available to purchase on Amazon from November 3.
