Khloe Kardashian has re-started the divorce process separating her from ex-husband Lamar Odom for good.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has reached a divorce settlement with her basketball player ex, meaning their relationship will finally be over.
Khloe and Lamar wed in 2009 after just one month of dating, however the reality TV star filed for divorce in December 2013 after four years of marriage.
Last year, the divorce proceedings were put on hold after Lamar was found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada.
Khloe called off the divorce to focus on looking after Lamar after his near-death experience, which left him in a coma for three days.
However, in May this year Khloe filed for divorce again, citing irreconcilable differences and telling viewers of the hit E! show: "I love Lamar with all of my heart and I want the best for him, but now I feel I'm back to it being the hardest thing to do."
The decision to file for divorce once again came as Lamar had reportedly not been able to "swear off drugs and alcohol", according to TMZ.
The divorce agreement, including a property settlement, is said to have been reached on Friday, with both Khloe and Lamar signing the papers.
But Khloe will have to wait another few months for the divorce to be finalised.
According to Californian law, the settlement needs to be signed off by the judge, which is not likely to happen until December.
Meanwhile, Khloe is moving on and getting pretty serious with her new man, basketball-playing hunk Tristan Thomas.
She was even spotted with a HUGE rock on her wedding finger, which got us thinking…could there be a Kardashian engagement on the cards?
