Khloe Kardashian undoubtedly has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood right now, and up until now we thought it was all down to healthy eating and a challenging exercise regime combined.

But now the reality TV star and one self-described 'fat sister' of the Kardashian Klan has spoken out about exactly how she has shed the pounds and how she had to relax her intense gym regime when ex-husband Lamar Odom was rushed to hospital following being found overdosed on drugs at a Nevada brothel.

In an interview with People Magazine, Khloe explained "Normally when I'm going through stuff I have my release of energy and stress at the gym. But I didn't leave the hospital room for a month. I eliminated the gym but I was aware of what I was putting into my body. I wasn't letting it all go! Water flushes you out and makes you feel better. In the hospital, all I drank was water - I was like a fish!".

And Khloe's eating habits? After cutting out dairy and losing 11lbs in ONE month, it was obvious what the key to Khloe's success was. "I didn't want it to be true because cheese was my vice!" Khloe told. "But my skin also got clearer and I had more energy and I wasn't congested. If I have a taste now it's crazy how quickly I feel like it does upset my stomach and I feel more sluggish".

The magazine article also gives us a glimpse into Khloe's daily diet plan - which consists of eggs and oatmeal for breakfast and chicken and rice for dinner - with the odd added treat of pizza, m&m's and champagne, of course.

We are tempted to try it... but that cheese and ham toastie looks FAR more tempting right now, Khlo.
