Khloe Kardashian opens up about her body insecurities and transformation on her new app

Yesterday, the individual Jenner-Kardashian websites and apps were unveiled to the world, giving an exclusive sneak peak into the lives of Kylie, Khloe, Kim and Kendall.

Because Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Keeping Up With The Kardashians just wasn’t quite enough.

Khloe Kardashian's own app peaked at number 2 in the UK entertainment chart on the app store, and she has used the new platform to really open up about her body insecurities.

She told how:

“Honestly, sometimes I fell a lot of pressure to keep the body I’ve worked so hard to achieve. For a long time, I had insecurities about the way I looked physically.

“Sadly those insecurities were given to me by others. I personally felt I was beautiful “bigger”.”

She went on:

"Despite all my hard work in the gym, even now I have days where I might be feeling fat or frumpy (I think all women have these feelings).”

She also discussed THAT August/September edition of Complex, where she showed off her hard work to the world:

They we’re probs in bed dreaming about a full English brekkie, love.

She explained:

“Not many people took notice of my body in a positive way before that. I’ve been working on transforming my body for the last two years. Do women really have to show skin in order to be considered sexy? Sad realization.

“It kind of makes me sad because the world puts too much emphasis on physical appearance. I work out to look a certain way and feel a certain way but I do it for myself. I did it on MY terms.”
