It’s no secret that the Kardashians feel about Botox the way we feel about food and water – it’s pretty paramount to their survival. But over the past few months, Khloé Kardashian’s ever-changing face on Instagram has had followers worrying that she’s taken things a nip and tuck too far, with one fan commenting, “Where’s Khloé?” under a recent snap, while another wrote, “She looks different every week!”
According to insiders, it’s not just her fans who are concerned, as those close to Khloé are anxious that the 36 year old is taking her highly expensive enhancements too far, and that she’s going to blow her fortune – and ruin her looks – in the process.
“Khloé burns through tens of thousands a month on lasers, fillers, Botox and other nips and tucks,” says an insider close to the reality star, who – as heat recently told you – has been forking out the cash to look her best for serial cheater boyfriend Tristan Thompson, after getting back together with him over lockdown.
“It’s been going on for years, but now everyone is worried about how far she’s going to take it. Her face may look OK in pictures but, up close, it’s a different story. Some of her friends are worried that it’s now near to collapsing because she’s had so much work done. But she won’t listen – she’s obsessed with surgery as it makes her feel more confident.”

Posted and deleted
OK so this isn't the photo in question (because she's since deleted the snap) but remember whenshe posted these pics and fans accused her of editing her legs? Bless her.
Last week, Khloé, who has two-year-old daughter True with Tristan, hit out at fans who questioned her appearance, writing on Twitter, “I’ll never understand how bored or unhappy some people can be. I am someone who would never comment something unless it’s positive.” But while she’s hellbent on having surgery, we’re told those close to Khloé aren’t so defiant.
Not only could her procedures – which apparently include getting regular cheek and lip fillers, butt and thigh lasering, as well as hair extensions – potentially cause lasting damage to her face and body, but they also cost a lot of money. Khloé may not be cash-strapped, but with Keeping Up With The Kardashians coming to an end, she’s not going to have the income she’s used to.
“The word is that she’s down to less than a million or so in her checking account,” we’re told. “She does have savings, but it’s a bad place for someone with her type of lifestyle and expenses to be in. She’s also very generous with Tristan and has taken it upon herself to shower him with gifts. Eventually, she’ll need to figure out a budget of some kind, but don’t count on her cutting back on surgery – that would be her worst nightmare.”
