This year hasn't exactly been ideal for everyone. In fact 2016 has been a bit of a shocker all round.
And, love them or hate them, the Kardashian's have had a tough time of it this year too.
Kim Kardashian's horrific ordeal in Paris saw her held at gunpoint and robbed of nearly £10million worth of jewellery.
Now, the family is dealing with Kanye West being taken to hospital and reportedly under going 'psychiatric evaluation.'
Despite these difficult times, Khloe Kardashian maintains she has a lot to be thankful for. Yesterday, she posted a heart warming message on her website as the US celebrated Thanksgiving.
She wrote: "We've been through a tonne of trials and tribulations mixed with blessings on blessings on blessings.
"When times get tough, my family seems to thrive and band together. We find a way to always persevere. Rise above the ashes!!
She then added: "Without my crazy, chaotic, amazing family, I'm not sure how I could have gone through some of the things that I was tested with this year."
Khloe has also had a difficult year caring for her ex-husband Lamar Odom – after his near death experience in 2015 – and finalising their divorce.
"I'm sure we say we are all thankful for our families. I think that is the most beautiful thing to be thankful for, but every night I thank the Lord for blessing me with the world's best support system and team of unconditional love," she added.
Khloe then finished with the message that people should be thankful everyday: "My wish is that this mentality goes beyond Thanksgiving. Try practicing being thankful daily and I believe that optimism and gratitude will manifest greatness!"
This year it was the youngest of the Kardashian klan's turn to host the Thanksgiving dinner and Kylie Jenner kicked things off with an ADORBS family throwback photo.
They've definitely changed a lot over the years.
