She finally confirmed that she’s back together with Tristan Thompson last week, two years since they officially split amid reports that he’d cheated on her. Taking to Instagram, Khloé Kardashian wished her on/off beau a happy 30th birthday, telling fans that they were “stronger than they were before”.
But, according to insiders, Khloé isn’t prepared to go public with their revamped romance without certain assurances that basketball player Tristan won’t balls it up again. And that means getting him to sign an ironclad “no cheating” contract.

“Khloé is going into this with her eyes wide open,” says an insider close to the reality star, who was heavily pregnant with their now three-year-old daughter True when she first discovered that Tristan had cheated on her. “She trusts him for the most part and has forgiven him for what he did in the past, but she believes it’s crucial that she protect herself.”
Tristan’s first cheating scandal broke in 2018, when footage emerged of him getting handsy with multiple women in a nightclub – triggering a pattern of dodgy behaviour. Having forgiven him at the time, Khloé was knocked for six a year later, when it was claimed that he’d hooked up with her sister Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods, days after allegedly being seen leading two women into a bedroom at an LA party. They officially split in February 2019, but over the past year have been quietly working on rebuilding their relationship.

There’s also talk of them doing their own reality show. So, in the prenup, it will state that Tristan has to pay a percentage of their shared earnings if he cheats. He’s not making a fuss, and says that if it makes Khloé happy, he’ll sign it.”
