Depending on your opinion of Khloe Kardashian, this will either delight or anger you. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is writing an advice book, a publisher has confirmed.
Some of you might be thinking: "What kind of advice can a reality star that's rolling in dough offer me?", but Khloe's book aims to be more about inspiring body confidence than offering practical tips. Which is a relief - we love you Khloe, but an agony aunt you ain't.
The as-yet-untitled book promises to inspire people to see "the strength and true beauty" of being who you are in a "culture that worships skinny".
Khloe said: "I am so excited about sharing my philosophy on how I live and the power of strength...I hope to be an inspiration to readers everywhere on how they can create their own true strength and beauty inside and out".
OK, so some of the above sounds like LA mumbo jumbo - but Khloe has publicly battled body confidence issues and is looked to as a role model for curvier women by her fans.
The book's publisher, Regan Arts, revealed the book will address "how to create strength and true beauty in every area of their lives by building a strong body, mind, heart, and spirit".
Presumably, this will include details of Khloe's committed exercise regime - she's a bona fide gym bunny, and credits it with making her look AND feel great.
Judith Regan from Regan Arts wrote:
"We are thrilled to be working with Khloé Kardashian whose book will surelyn inspire women and men everywhere. It’s time for us to embrace the fact that strong, as opposed to skinny, is a healthier goal.”
The book is scheduled for release on November 3.
