Khloe Kardashian's bestie and star of reality show DASH Dolls, Malika Huqq, has taken to social media to express her regret after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Soon after the incident which reportedly resulted in Malika's arrest and release on bail,as we previously told you, the star's twin sister Khadijah Haqq McCray issued an exclusive statement to E! News:
"We all go through rough patches and this has been a difficult year for my sister.
"Malika understands the gravity of her actions and deeply apologizes. At this time, we will deal with this as a family."
However it wasn't until today that Malika broke her own silence following the incident. The reality star, who often features in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, shared a heartfelt apology with fans on Instagram.
"I never imagined I would have to apologize for poor behavior and today I am thankful to be alive to say I'm sorry for my actions," she wrote. "My bruises don't meet my shame. Learn from the error in my ways…Save others, Save yourself. #BeSafe."
We're pleased to hear that Malika is safe and sound and seems to have learnt the error of her ways.
Malika's DUI comes after BFF Khloe Kardashian was previously given a DUI in 2007. after which she vowed to “never ever do it again”.
