Khloe Kardashian has undergone a pretty intense transformation over the last year, having dropped nearly three stone thanks to a lifestyle overhaul - but now fans are concerned she may have taken it to the next level.
The next level being plastic surgery. Taking a snap on her hols in Costa Rica, Khloe looks to be sporting some very plump lips - either she's become a master at using her little sis Kylie's lip kits, or there's a little more going on.
While the reality star has previously said, in an interview with Cosmopolitan last March, that she's never gone under the knife, she admitted she doesn't see anything wrong with some tweaking:
"I think plastic surgery should be viewed almost like makeup, because we're all putting on a f--king mask basically every day anyway. When you dye your hair, you're changing who you are, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it — that should be your own personal decision."
We agree that it's a personal decision, and power to her if she decided to give her lips a surgery-based boost, but a lot of commenters on her Instagram felt differently.
"this makes me very sad. You are so pretty naturally. Stop ✋🏼please stop before it's not you anymore. You are my favourite, no more plastics," said one fan. Another added: "what have you done to those lips".
On a different note, Khloe captioned the photo "Island vibes" which people have picked up on, considering Costa Rica isn't, erm, an island. Surely, though, you can "vibe" anywhere, no matter where you're geographically located. Lying in your own bath, sipping a pina colada? Island vibes. Standing on a crowded train platform on your way to work with your eyes closed listening to your summer holiday playlist? Island vibes.
