Westlife’s Kian Egan and his wife Jodi Albert have today welcomed their baby boy into the world.

Sharing the happy news on his Facebook profile, Kian announced that their firstborn son, Koa, was really excited about the new arrival – and revealed the baby’s name is Zeke.

“Koa got his wish when his baby brother Zeke was born this morning at 7.49am weighing 7lb 13oz,” he wrote.

“Sharing the same birthday as Jodi's mum Eileen, the 21st of May. Both Jodi and Zeke are doing great. We are all so happy and so in love with him x Kian.”

N’aww. The couple first announced Jodi’s second pregnancy back in November with a video of three-year-old Koa jumping around and shouting happily about being a big brother.

Jodi herself has confessed that pregnancy has been much easier this time around, saying "the bond was so much quicker".

She added: "I didn't realise how much I wanted another child until I found out I was pregnant again."
