Kim Cattrall has signed up for the next series of The Great Comic Relief Bake Off.
Kim – who’s best known for her role as rumpy-pumpy-obsessed fox Samantha Jones in Sex And The City – has agreed to do the BBC show, despite it not actually being on until basically this time next year.
Early bird catches the worm ‘n’ all that…
Appearing on The Graham Norton Show tonight, she says: "It was quite a strange thing. It was the first time I'd been offered something like that on Twitter. I tweet all the time and [producer] Emma Freud tweeted me and asked me to do the Bake Off.
"She threw down the gauntlet and I said, 'Yes'. I'll just take a lot of wine and have fun!"
When reminded that judge Paul Hollywood is a fellow Liverpudlian (yes, Kim really is Liverpudlian), she replied: "I can make Scouse with him."
That might be a bit too saucy for* The Bake Off* actually, love…
The Graham Norton Show is on BBC1 at 10.35pm tonight.
