On Tuesday Kim Kardashian took to the stage at San Francisco's Castro Theatre for a Q&A session.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who is expecting her second child with hubby Kanye West, spoke at the "public affairs forum" about her new book Selfish, she opened up about the Kardashian/Jenner clan and touched upon the objectification of women in media - among many other topics.

One other interesting subject that chropped up was the 34-year-old's teenage years.

Appaz at 14 years old Kimmy wished her boobs would stop growing.

"When I was 14, I was a C/D bra cup size. I used to sit in the bath and pray my boobs would stop growing," she told the audience.

"When I was graduating from eighth grade, my dad wrote me a long letter and said that I have been blessed with a certain body type and some men might take advantage, but to have confidence and be proud of who you are."

And from one shocking Kim moment to another, she never ceases to amaze us.

Just as our eyes are settling from the sight of her enormous, naked bottom beaming at us from the cover of Paper magazine, she then goes and does the EXACT opposite by completely covering up.

Happily, she’s struck a bit of a balance this time around with a brand new cover of Rolling Stone magazine – her boobs are only half out, and they look incredible.

Like, this is an office mostly full of straight women, but DAYYYYYUM, Kim.

Mahoosive boobs.

Speaking on the Paper photoshoot, Kim told the Castro Theatre: "Even if some of my decisions aren’t the smartest, I always learn from my mistakes. But I would never regret a photoshoot.

"I loved that [Paper] shoot and it was so empowering to me because I was trying to get pregnant.

"I had gained so much weight and I put a lot of focus into feeling confident. That was my ‘I’m confident again’ photoshoot.

The new issue of Rolling Stone is out on 3 July.
