Kim Kardashian appears in FIRST post-baby picture – what’s she done to her face?

Kim Kardashian's been keeping a low profile ever since giving birth to baby son Saint on 5 December last year, but she's now appeared in her first post-birth picture alongside sister Kourtney Kardashian.

The siblings took selfies and uploaded them to Instagram – but what the hell has Kim done to her face?

Fans speculated that she's had some work done since having Saint, including possible lip fillers to give her a larger pout than usual.

Her cheeks also look plumper than normal, giving her skin that tell-tale flawless finish that only a good surgeon can bestow.

"Studio hoes. #SWISH," commented Kourtney on the first snap, which showed her and Kim dressed in black high-necked body suits.

(Swish is the name of Kanye West's new album, which he said this morning that he's finished. It's the "best album of all time", apparently)

Kourt also shared this one of her, Kim and baby sister Kylie Jenner – but both she and Kylie were placed in front of Kim, leading to questions in the comments about whether Kim was feeling shy about her body.
