Kim Kardashian has broken her silence after Lamar Odom was hospitalised following a collapse at a brothel in Nevada.

The basketball player was found unconscious at legal brothel Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch South on Tuesday after allegedly taking a cocktail of drugs, alcohol and sexual stimulants.

The former LA Lakers sportsman was rushed to hospital where he was put into a medical coma after reportedly suffering multiple strokes, a heart attack and organ failure.

However, on Friday, the star, who is the estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian, was said to have woke up and spoken to his former Keeping Up With the Kardashians co-star wife and was also having “joyful” conversations with his children Destiny and Lamar Jr. while drifting in and out of sleep.

On Saturday night, Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian shared her joy with her Instagram followers that Lamar appeared to be on the mend.

Posting a picture of the pair dancing together, Kim wrote: “I have faith in you. I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy! Thank you all for your prayers!

“Lammy – I’m so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today! God is good!”

Kim’s mother Kris Jenner also shared a picture on Instagram of herself and her family with the athlete.

She wrote: “Come on Lamar!!!! You are such a champion... I know you got this.... #ourfighter #pleasepray #love #thatsmileiseverything.”

Her daughter Kylie Jenner, who called for fans to pray for Lamar yesterday, is also feeling better about the sad situation.

She tweeted: “Feeling and staying positive. I think I’m going to start my app up again on Monday xo.”

She also retweeted a message from a fan, which read: “Good news.”

While Lamar does seem to be improving and is now breathing without a ventilator, it’s unclear just how well he will recover and if he’s been left with any lasting damage.

However, Lamar’s college basketball coach Jim Harrick told CNN: “He’s awake now. So that’s probably the most encouraging news we’ve had since it all started.”
