Kim Kardashian calls out Caitlyn Jenner for “hurtful” comments about Kris Jenner

It was one of the most unforgettable magazine covers of recent years, but Kim Kardashian has called out Caitlyn Jenner over the comments she made about Kris Jenner in her Vanity Fair interview.

In a sneak preview of the next episode of I Am Cait – a new reality show following the life of Caitlyn Jenner after her transition – Kim sits down with Caitlyn to air out her feelings on the interview, in which Caitlyn’s 21-year marriage to Kris was discussed at length.

Caitlyn told how she felt “mistreated” by a “controlling” Kris – ouch!

In the footage, Kim explains:

"I read the Vanity Fair story as well and I think that there's some things that you said that you might not realize are hurtful. You said Kendall and Kylie were a distraction. So when they read that I don't think they'll quite understand that."

She went on: "Then it said if Kris had been accepting to who I am we still would be together. And that's the most unfair thing in the world to say."

Although the Kardashian-Jenner clan are clearly very supportive of Caitlyn’s brave choices, they remain very defensive of their momager mother.

Kim also stepped in to voice sister Khloe’s opinion on the piece, saying: "Khloe sees my mum upset and so she gets defensive... that's what kids do - she is gonna get defensive.”

And an equally defensive Caitlyn responded: "She doesn't know anything about my side of the story."
