According to reports Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who already have one daughter together, are 'exploring other options' as they try for baby number two.

Perhaps even surrogacy.

A source told Us Weekly: "Kim has been undergoing IVF. It's causing problems with her body."

According to the report Kimye may also 'start to pursue a surrogate in June'.

"They will do surrogacy over adoption," added the insider.

Despite efforts to conceive the old fashioned way, at the end of an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim admitted that she "might have to try a surrogate."

The reality star added that she really wanted to give North West a sibling and went on to further admit that her and Kanye were having sex a lot during the day to make it happen.

Kim went as far to ask her hubby to come to nudey photoshoot she was doing so they could have sex in the bathroom while she was ovulating.

"You've got to get it in, when you can get it in," said Kim.

A month later Kim learned there was some placenta left in her uterus from when she gave birth to Nori, making her chances of having another bubba slim.

Following an operation by Beverly Hills fertility expert, Dr Huang, Kimmy was told that she would be able to get pregnant again easily.

The 34-year-old added: "The fact that the doctor said this went well is amazing. There is nothing I want more on this earth than to be pregnant again."
