Kim Kardashian isn’t exactly everyone’s favourite person all of the time but she’s not totally awful – the reality star surprised a seriously ill fan when she turned up unannounced to meet her.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians regular was contacted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation on behalf of a girl called Anissa who desperately wanted to meet her.
And Kimmy even carried on with her babysitting duties during the visit and brought sister Kourtney Kardashian’s son Mason Disick along with her.
Posting a picture of herself and Anissa on Instagram, Kim wrote: “Mason and I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!”
Kim’s kind act went down well with fans and many commented to show how impressed they were.
One wrote: “You are a wonderful beautiful soul too thank you for doing that @kimkardashian.”
Another responded: “Awwwwwww bless her beautiful soul.”
However, pregnant Kim was soon back to normal and later went to watch husband Kanye West in concert.
Posting a picture of the couple together later in the day, she wrote: “1 good girl is worth 1000 b*tches.”
