Kim Kardashian on THAT Paper mag bum shoot: “It was an art project”

Whether they're hashtag BreakingTheInternet, marrying pop stars, divorcing said pop stars, making babies or making sex tapes, the Kardashians have well and truly taken over our lives. In Kim Kardashian's recent naked bum shoot for Paper magazine, the reality star showed off quite a butt (and that's not all). But why did she do it, we hear you cry? Well it was all in the name of art, appaz. Speaking out in an interview today on Australia's The Project show, Kimmy K said: "I looked back at a clip of Keeping Up with the Kardashians last season and I was really heavily pregnant, and I looked at my sisters and said, ‘You guys, when I feel like I have my body back, I’m doing a nude shoot.'"

Well, why the hell not!

Kim revealed: “When I got the opportunity to work with the photographer Jean-Paul Goude, who photographs everyone nude, that’s his thing, I was so honoured and excited to work with him, because he is a legend. And for me that was something I knew I wanted to do to make myself feel confident. As a role model I’m not saying anyone else should do that, but for me, I did it as an art project that was going to make me feel confident and feel good. And, it taught me to do what you want to do."

To be honest, it's not really taught us that. It's taught us that Kim is superhuman, and her school art projects must've been a helluva lot different to ours. But each to their own, eh?
