Kim Kardashian promises us all ‘nude selfies until I die’

Remember when Kim Kardashian broke the internet with her naked bum?

Well, she pretty much breaks it every single day BUT there was a naked picture that topped 'em all and sparked a worldwide PHENOMENON.

Three months after popping out Saint West in December 2015, Kim posted a nude snap of herself (perhaps her 8769th naked selfie) posing in front of a mirror, blacking out the unmentionables for those fun-sponges over at Twitter and Instagram HQ.

As always, critics came Kim's way; there were think pieces and pretty much everyone and their Nan had an opinion on the photo.

But the haters didn't sway Kim; she just posted even more nude photos and wrote an empowering essay on her site where she talked about body image.

She wrote: "I am empowered by my body. I am empowered by my sexuality. I am empowered by feeling comfortable in my skin. I am empowered by showing the world my flaws and not being afraid of what anyone is going to say about me.

"And I hope that through this platform I have been given, I can encourage the same empowerment for girls and women all over the world.

"It's 2016. The body-shaming and slut-shaming — it’s like, enough is enough. I will not live my life dictated by the issues you have with my sexuality.

"You be you and let me be me. I am a mother. I am a wife, a sister, a daughter, an entrepreneur and I am allowed to be sexy."

So it's not really a surprise that Kim's won an award for her selfie efforts.

Yep, Kimmy K won a Break The Internet gong (there's such a thing) at the 20th annual Webby Awards and she even took time out from her busy schedule to go and collect the fancy award HERSELF.

And she made THE BEST acceptance speech ever, which was a mere five words long.

She pledged: "Nude selfies until I die."

She even followed up the statement with a girl power peace sign.
