Kim Kardashian reveals brand new pics of North West’s christening – and it looks SO FANCY

Getting a baby baptised is usually pretty straightforward: invite a bunch of friends and family, chuck some water over the child and have a massive party afterwards. (There’s some promising to keep the devil away too, if we recall correctly.)

But when it comes to the Kardashian-Wests, you just KNOW that normal childhood milestones will be celebrated in a totally outlandish fashion, which is why the ONLY place Kim and Kanye could get North West christened was in actual Jerusalem.

Kim’s just shared a load of photos of the special occasion on her Instagram, and it looks dead fancy.

She wore a long white veil to cover her hair, while Nori donned a white gown to be baptised in.

Kanye… Kanye turned up in white jeans, which shouldn’t really surprise us… but most new dads at least put on a tie for their kid’s christening, Kan.

After the religious part of the ceremony in an Armenian church, the little family visited the spot where Mary was thought to have taken Jesus’ body after he was crucified. Which, as you can imagine, was given all the appropriate ritual and solemnity required.

At least Kim didn’t take a selfie.

Of the occasion, Kim wrote: “Baptizing North in Jerusalem in an Armenian church with our new baby in my belly was so special.”
