Shedding your baby weight takes effort, time and, more importantly, a load of patience - so how on earth did Kim K manage to shed the 60lbs she was carrying after giving birth to Saint West in December 2015?
Effort, time and a load of patience, so it seems. Sorry, no magic pill yet guys.
"There was a moment after Saint was born when my body was mush," she told People mag, reflecting what a lot of people feel like after pushing an entire human out of their bodies.
"There was definitely a moment when I looked in the mirror and I was like, 'I am never going to be the same.'"
So how exactly did she go about losing the weight, then? Well, apparently it was all down to replacing carbs with vegetables (maybe get a cheap spiraliser?), and following a fairly militant Atkins plan.
Militant, but also doable - because she still let herself have treats from time to time, like a churro while out at Disneyland and a slice of really great cheesecake on a photo shoot with Harper's Bazaar. Thanks for Snapchatting that Kim, now we're totally starving.
She also revealed her three-day diet plan which, we're imagining, you just repeat until you're so bored of the food you lose your appetite...?

Well that explains why she looks like this, then.
As ever, though, it's not all about the diet. Working out is equally important, so Kim has her personal trainer rock up to the house at 6am to kickstart her day with a gruelling exercise routine.
Nice if you can have a personal trainer, slightly more difficult if you have to go to the gym and have babies to look after. Unsurprisingly, she's had a bit more help than most...
"Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes and it's hard to get your body back in shape. It takes so much determination and mental and physical power and energy," she said.
Yes, and money. Cough.
