Kim Kardashian shocks fans with picture in which her baby bump appeares to have disappeared

Kanye West has put a baby inside Kim Kardashian – or so she would have us believe.

But the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star caused her fans to freak out this weekend after she shared a picture on Instagram in which her bump appeared to have vanished.

Kimmy, who is five months pregnant, posed for a picture on the set of a photoshoot alongside sister Kourtney Kardashian.

In the snap she can be seen wearing a black latex dress but her growing baby bump was nowhere to be seen.

Commenting on the picture, one fan wrote: “You forgot to put your bump on.”

Another person posted: “Your bump evaporated.”

And another follower commented: “Looks like she’s not even pregnant here!”

However, Kim didn’t let any negative comments get her down and later celebrated reaching 42 million followers on the social networking site with a picture of her pregnancy cleavage.

She simply captioned the snap: “42 mil.”
