And while her first pregnancy with daughter North proved more difficult than she expected, she is a vision of beauty, taking this second pregnancy all in her stride.

Kim is said to insist one of her flunkies carry a chair round at all times in case her feet hurt and she needs to sit down. An insider told Life & Style: “Kim whines that she needs the chair just in case her feet are hurting.”
