We all remember how desperately Kim Kardashian wanted a second child. Watching her (at times heart-wrenching) struggles on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, we really wanted her to finally get another bun in the oven to be a younger sibling for North West.
And thankfully now baby Saint West has FINALLY arrived, we can all breathe a sigh of relief. Although we are still yet to see a photo of the little chap, as Kim has only shared the news of his name and weight so far.
But, we’re curious. How did the final days of pregnancy and the actual birth go for Kim? Kim has always been honest about her problems and complications during pregnancy, and her first pregnancy with North was far from a walk in the park (she had to be induced early due to serious health complications). And it turns out; this time around it wasn’t so breezy for her either.
An insider told People magazine’s website today that “she had some pretty intense anxiety the last couple of days and especially just before the baby came. She suffered from Placenta Accreta again, which she had when she delivered North”.
The insider also told of how Kim was extremely nervous about the birth, especially after the difficult birth she had with North.
And the birth itself? Well, the source told People “It was just so painful for her. Even from the start, her contractions were really bad”.
But, obviously, we are all THRILLED that you both got through it Kimye. Congrats once again on the birth of your healthy baby boy… now show us some piccies!!!
