Last year North got a Kidchella-style birthday and this year will be magical to the core, according to US Weekly.

Only two weeks ago did North and her cousin Penelope have a Minnie Mouse and bubbles kind of afternoon. No doubt the pair will enjoy being princesses together for North' special day.
The cousins also like attending ballerina classes together, so this means they can wear their tutus to the soiree.
"North put on these Manolo heels of mine," Kim recently told Glamour.
"I sent Kanye a video of her. He was like, "Tell her to stop! She cannot grow up, she cannot wear your heels.'"
