Kim Kardashian’s letter to her future self is AMAZING: “Are selfies still a thing?”

When the aliens invade and fire rains down upon our vulnerable heads and the seas raise up and flood the cities, you can rely on Kim Kardashian to get right to the crux of the matter.

In an open letter she’s written to her 2025 self, Kim asks whether selfies will still be a thing and wonders if she’ll still be “queen of contouring”.

Never mind about the possibility of running out of fossil fuels, Kim, or whether we’ll have solved global hunger by then. Let’s focus on your make-up tips, yeah?

In the piece for the US version of Glamour, Kim manages to work out that she’ll be 10 years older by 2015.

“Are the terms bae and on fleek so 2015? If not, am I still on fleek?” she queries.

Kim then ponders the wonders of advanced medicine and human engineering:

“May science invent a mysterious and delicious green juice that keeps you tanned forever.

“And if you haven't broken the 100 billion mark on Instagram followers... I’ll be very disappointed in you.”

Kim, there literally won’t be enough people in the solar system for that to work.

The pregnant reality star shared her hopes and dreams for her family too, saying she hopes Khloe Kardashian “finds her happily ever after and falls in love” and that Kourtney Kardashian is “done having babies” because she “has a lot on her plate”.

As for Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Kim wants Ken to continue modelling and Ky to be doing “whatever she wants”, which seems suspiciously laissez-faire for someone raised by Kris Jenner.

Brilliant, Kim. Can’t wait to see how this all pans out in roughly 5,256,000 minutes (yeah, that’s how many minutes are in 10 years. Cray, right?).
