LA Lakers star Kobe Bryant was one of the first people to rush to the bedside of Lamar Odom after hearing he had been found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and rushed to hospital.
And although the athlete is about to embark on his 20th season in professional basketball, he took some time out to share how his former teammate is doing.
"He’s a brother, above everything else. It’s important to see him get back on his feet," Bryant said after the Lakers finished a practice session.
"It’s amazing to see him doing so well. It truly is remarkable.”
