It's no secret that Khloe Kardashian is a gym fantatic - she's always boasting about her workouts on Instagram. We see you Khlo.

This time, she's got her sister Kourtney Kardashian in the gym with her, and their workout was so intense they BOTH almost threw up.

WTF did you two get up to?

Since Kourtney split-up with long-term boyfriend Scott Disick, earlier this month, she's been posting a lot more on social media.

Her sister's Khloe and Kim Kardashian have also been showing the mum-of-three extra love through Instagram and Twitter.

In Kourt's recent Insta-post, she is flexing her guns alongside Khloe. She captioned the picture: "We almost threw up (SIC) how annoying are those crooked outlet covers?!"

And although Khloe is the one who is constantly in the gym or working out, she posted a snap from their Tuesday workout - and it looks like Kourtney won. We're guessing some sort of gym-related thing - deadlifts? Suicide drills? Burpees?

"Gym road kill!!! @kourtneykardash wins!!! Our workout was so intense, I almost threw up," admitted 31-year-old Khloe in her image caption.

No sick in sight. Thankfully.

Since Kourt split from Scott on July 6, she appears to have kick started serial workouts.

Days before the couple's split was announced, Scott was pictured getting very cosy with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.

Even workout fiend Khloe felt sick after the pair's workout.

Kourtney seems super dedicated to her workouts, days post-split, she shared a photo of herself, side by side with her siblings, working out in the rain. You go girls.

Working out in the rain. Nice one girls.
