The world is still reeling from the news that Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint while in Paris in the early hours of Monday morning.

The police uniform-clad robbers reportedly tied Kim up in the bath and stole around £10million worth of jewellery.

Her spokesperson, Ina Treceiokas, said at the time: "Kim Kardashian was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers.

"She is badly shaken but physically unharmed."

And her mother, Kris Jenner, added to E! News: "She will be OK".

Yesterday, Caitlyn Jenner became the second of the family to state a public message of support, posting a pic of Kim to Instagram with the message: "Love my girl! After hearing the full story, I'm so thankful she's okay. It's a reminder for us all to be careful in the uncertainty of this world."

And Kylie Jenner posted a pic of… erm… her arse.

Now Kourtney Kardashian has broken her silence since the ordeal, and posted a picture of a bible passage to her Twitter account.

An extract from the passage reads: "Remember that joy is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world's most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True joy is a by-product of living in My Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons… anywhere."

As well as the jewellery, two phones are believed to have been stolen from Kim.

It's been reported that she's concerned that "deeply personal" pictures and videos could be leaked in the wake of this theft.

A source close to her said: "She is reeling from the trauma of what she went through.

"But much of the terror and shock she is still suffering is due to the real fear that pictures and videos on her two pinched mobile phones leak online," they told The Sun.

"There is footage on the devices that was only ever meant to stay private.

"It would be catastrophic for Kim if her personal property was made public. She’s at her wits’ end."
