Kourtney Kardashian is seeking sole custody of her three children – Mason, five, three–year–old Penelope, and Reign, seven months – with ex, Scott Disick.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who split from Scott earlier this month after nine years together, reportedly plans to do everything she can to protect the children from his downward spiral of partying too damn hard.

A source close to 36-year-old Kourtney revealed she met with high-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who also represented her sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian in their divorces from Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom, for the second time in Los Angeles this week to try to start "figuring out an agreement."

The insider told Us Weekly: "She met with Laura Wasser again. And is going to seek sole custody of the kids. She knows being with [Laura] is what's in their best interest. There's no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement."

The former couple don't have a formal custody arrangement in place yet, but friends believe Scott won't fight Kourtney for their children.
