In an attempt to look like momager Kris Jenner, Karen has gone under the knife.
She had the 5-hour-long procedure filmed and aired by America TV show, Inside Edition.
Now that is dedication.
Her facelift procedure named 'AuraLyft' is the most extensive facelift anyone can get – the before and after is hella noticeable!
She's super happy with the results (who wouldn't be?) but many have noticed how similar she looks to her sibling.

Karen has previously been named as the crazy aunt, and she even refused an invite to Kim K's wedding.
