Would Kris Jenner take legal action against own son Rob Kardashian to stop release of tell-all book on family?

It’s no secret Kris Jenner likes to be in control of things when it comes to her family’s showbiz affairs but we’d be very surprised if she actually took legal action out against her own son.

But if rumours are to be believed that’s what could happen as she’s allegedly considering taking out a cease and desist against Rob Kardashian.

Rob is reportedly planning on releasing a tell-all book about his famous family and the momager is determined for it not to happen.

A source told RadarOnline: “Everyone knows that if Rob wrote a book, it would be an absolute gold mine.

“But Kris is willing to do whatever is needed to stop him and is prepared to fire off a cease and desist letter if she finds out that he is going to really start the process of doing this book.

“Kris does not want to do this to her son, but this book would be such a slap in the face and undoubtedly a best-seller.”

Rob has not always seen eye-to-eye with certain members of his family and at the end of last week compared sister Kim Kardashian to “the bitch from Gone Girl” in an Instagram post.

Rob hit the headlines last week after his other sister Khloe Kardashian said he’d become reclusive after reportedly suffering from depression and battling weight demons.

She told WonderWall: “I just feel, especially over the last year, Rob has become very introverted and has kind of social anxiety.

“He’s definitely not at his happiest place that he once was, and I know he can get to that happy place and he will.

“We all kind of get to a place where you don’t know where to go in life or whatever, so I think it’s important for him to know that he always has people to lean on and it’s not unnatural for people not to know where to begin. It’s a growing process.

“I will always be his number one supporter.”
