SHOCKER

If we said we weren't partial to the odd Twilight movie on a hangover day every now and again we'd be telling a bitter, bitter lie. And we'd be fibbing still more if we said didn't pick a side between #TeamEdward and #TeamJacob (Team Edward, OBVIOUSLY).

So the news that Edward Cullen was dating Bella Swan IRL delighted the little hearts of many (ourselves maybe included) – obviously deep down we knew it was probably a publicity stunt, but we were still very excited.

But now Kristen Stewart has said something SHOCKING (/something we all kinda knew all along).

Speaking to T Magazine, she said: "People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product.

"It wasn’t real life anymore. And that was gross to me. It’s not that I want to hide who I am or hide anything I’m doing in my life. It’s that I don’t want to become a part of a story for entertainment value."

TBF, trying to have a relationship when loadsa screaming little kiddies won't STFU and leave you alone 'cause they're so obsessed with you both does sound like a BLOODY NIGHTMARE.

Luckily they're both now in happy relationships – R-Patz with FKA Twigs (who are regulars on the NIGHT BUS, can we say), and K-Stew with visual effects producer Alicia Cargile.

SO HAPPY ENDING, KIDDIES.

Kristen also had some very cute things to say about her girlfriend in the interview, saying: "I love her so much.

“I would never talk about any of my relationships before, but once I started dating girls it seemed like there was an opportunity to represent something really positive,” she said.

“I still want to protect my personal life, but I don’t want to seem like I’m protecting the idea, so that does sort of feel like I owe something to people.”
