While we look forward to the stale ham and cheese sandwich we've packed for lunch, spare a thought for Kylie Jenner who's made a measly £323 million from her Kylie Cosmetics line in 18 months.
Poor sod.
Yup- since launching her range of lip kits and other beauty bits, Kylie's products have been all over our Instagram feeds incessantly. So it kinda makes sense that her brand's set to be worth $1 billion (yup, with a 'b') by 2022. Blimey.
According to Women's Wear Daily, Kylie's company she started with momager Kris Jenner made a casual $420 million in just a year and a half. And the best bit? It could be worth $1 billion in the next five years; a trajectory even the world's biggest beauty brands can't compete with.
Take Bobbi Brown, for instance. It took them 25 years to reach the 1 billion milestone while L'Oréal's Lancôme took 80 years.
Things are showing no sign of slowing down, either. When Kylie launched her birthday collection on 1st August she managed to make £7.7 million in one DAY. Not bad going, love.
Kylie's next step? Foundations and concealers, mate. She told WWD: "I want to step into that world, which is challenging.
"It's going to be hard to buy concealer online. That's why I kept pushing it back…[But] I'm up for it."
