Lamar Odom reportedly suffered a dozen strokes after an alleged drinks and drugs overdose at a legal Nevada brothel.
The basketball player was found unconscious at Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch South earlier this month and is said to have taken cocaine, alcohol and multiple sexual stimulants.
LA Lakers sportsman Lamar was hospitalised near Las Vegas and put into a medical coma before his condition improved and he was moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s wife Khloe Kardashian has remained by his side ever since and, while he is said to be making a “miraculous” recovery despite suffering organ failure, strokes and a heart attack, more information about his condition has surfaced.
It is thought the multiple strokes he suffered may affect his ability to walk and talk in the future.
Khloe has cancelled her book tour and decided not to attend sister Kim Kardashian’s baby shower so she can comfort her husband and, while he was on the mend, doctors are still concerned about his health, especially since he is now suffering pneumonia.
A source told People: “Lamar is in a very fragile state. The infection, that is being aggressively treated with strong intravenous antibiotics, is unfortunately not getting better.
“There are many concerns about his health.”
